Dr. Revue began his medical studies at the Pierre and Marie Curie University in Paris, started Emergency Medicine in the SAMU of Paris. He is specialized in EM and disaster medicine at Henri Mondor Hospital (SAMU 94), toxicology at Fernand Widal-Lariboisière Hospital. He served as a Military Doctor during 2 years in Infantry Regiment of the South Pacific French Army in New Caledonia   

Dr. Revue study areas include ED management, Lean Management, overcrowding, quality indicators, mass casualties’ incidents, trauma imaging or hyperbaric scuba-diving accidents.  As an active member of EuSEM, and IFEM he has been involved with the international development of emergency medicine for over 15 years.

Dr. Ahmed Gaffer Hegazi

Dr. Ahmed Gaffer Hegazi

Dr. Ahmed Hegazi is currently a Professor of Microbiology and Immunology in the National Research Center, Egypt. He received his Master’s degree in 1979 and his PhD in 1981. His research work has been focused lately on bee products and their therapeutic effects. He organized and contributed to national and international research projects since 1977 and up till now; he has been the Principal Investigator on multiple research projects within the National Research Center. He has published 207 scientific papers and articles in national and international journals. He is also the President of the Egyptian Environmental Society for Uses and Production of Bee Products, Secretary of the Egyptian Society of Apitherapy, Secretary General of the African Federation of Apiculture Associations and a Member of the International Apitherapy Commission (APIMONDIA). He also received many awards.

Dr. Quazi Monirul Islam is a Senior Specialist (Maternal and Newborn Health), worked and retired as WHO Country Representative (WR) to Namibia, February 2017 and joined Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine responsible for multi-country implementation research programme. He is a public health specialist with extensive experience in Health System. He also worked in a rural health complex in Bangladesh before moving to Botswana in 1981. In 1991 joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Netherlands as a Public Health Consultant. In 1992, he joined WHO. He was the Director of Maternal and Newborn health in WHO/HQ and Health System in Regional office. He was assigned as WR, Thailand and subsequently WR, Namibia in 2014. He has closely worked with Bilateral Donors, Development Banks, UN agencies, GAVI and Global Fund. He has visited and provided policy and strategic support to over 90 countries in six continents.

MD. Jesús Daniel López Tapia is Dean of medical school at Universidad de Monterrey, Elect president of the FLAME (Federación Latino Americana de Medicina de Emergencias), Past president of the Mexican Emergency Medicine Society. He has a Medical Surgical Emergency Specialty, Master in Medical Sciences, Master in Education Sciences, Certification Program in clinical research. He has publications in various journals, one book as lead author and one as co-editor in India and book chapters in India, Arab Emirates, Spain and Colombia.

Dr. Henry M Sobell

Dr. Henry M. Sobell completed his studies at Brooklyn Technical High School (1948-1952), Columbia College (1952-1956), and the University of Virginia School of Medicine (1956-1960). Instead of practicing clinical medicine, he then went to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) to join Professor Alexander Rich in the Department of Biology (1960-1965), where, as a Helen Hay Whitney Postdoctoral Fellow, he learned the technique of single crystal X-ray analysis. He then joined the Chemistry Department at the University of Rochester, having been subsequently jointly appointed to both the Chemistry and Molecular Biophysics departments (the latter at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry), becoming a full tenured Professor in both departments (1965-1993). He is now retired and living in the Adirondacks in New York, USA.

Dr. El Hadji Seydou Mbaye was born in 1978 in Kaolack a region of Senegal. During 2008-2013, he persued his PhD in Biology and Human Pathologies with the collaboration of the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) /WHO, Lyon (France); 2006-2007 : Master of Life and Health, Specialty Biology of microorganisms, Virology in Louis Pasteur University of Strasbourg (France); 2005-2006 : Master of Life and Health, option of Immunophysiopathology in Louis Pasteur University of Strasbourg (France); 2004-2005 : License of Biochemistry in Louis Pasteur University of Strasbourg (France); 2002-2004 : General Degree in Sciences and Technologies in University of METZ (France). He was certified by the Federation International of Gynecology Obstetrics (FIGO), the Accreditation Council of Oncology in Europe (ACOE, www.acoe.be), the Institute Catalan of Oncology (ICO) for cervical cancer prevention in support of Continuing Medical Education for physicians. These credits are also recognized as Physician’s Recognition Award (AMA PRA Category 1 credits) by the American Medical Association. He was certified, by the United Nations for Basic Notion of Security on the Ground-Protection, Health and behavior, by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC)/World Health Organization, Lyon (France) for Safety Certificate. He has published 1 Book with a style of philosophical story. Author of the world program against cancer in low and middle incomes countries, he is first authoring of more than 90 articles published in reputed journals. He is Editorial Board Member of the International Journal of Immunology, associate membership of the World Society for Virology and also, member of BCNet International Working Group, International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC)/World Health Organization (WHO).

Dr. Valentina Dente was born in 18th Jan 1977 in Naples, Italy. She has completed her degree in Medicine and Surgery at the age of 24 years old from University Federico II of Naples, where, she then became Specialist in Skin and Sexual Diseases at the age of 28 years old. She attended as volunteers, Dermatological and Surgery Department of Loreto Crispi Presidio Intermedio of Naples in 2009, 2014 and 2015 years, and San Gennaro Hospital of Naples in 2015. There she won a Campanian Region scholarship titled “HPV related disease and others sexual diseases: projects for primary and secondary prevention and for diagnosis of HPV diseases” from October 2015 to December 2016. Winner as tutor of the “RETHINK” post- spescialist project to monitor psoriasic disease patients’ quality management, in Del Mare Hospital of Naples from October 2017 to October 2018. She practices Clinical Dermatology in most of Public Structures of Centre- South of Italy as Specialistic Acting from November 2005 for around 6.000 hours of job. Author of around thirty from scientific Poster, Articles, Congress, Communications, TV Format end e-articles. Winner and selected for National and International Panels, Member of ADOI and of American Chemical Society from 2015.
